This acclaimed Spanish surf band has been delivering great albums and energetic live performances since 2006. Their last album, Disco Guateque, was an all-covers release featuring their renditions of songs by Wham!, The Clash, Chris Isaak, Supergrass and more. That release connected them with the great Hi-Tide Recordings label here in the US, leading to this brand new album where the focus turns back to original songs. It’s been five years since the previous release, giving the band plenty of time to craft twangy, cinematic tunes delivered with plenty of power and punch. While it’d be cool to catch them live, wearing their trademark skeleton masks, this record is the next best thing - pressed on limited edition orange and black vinyl.
