Ordering Information

We accept checks, money orders, and cash, payable to Double Crown Records, You can also send a Paypal payment to: records@dblcrown.com or order online at www.doublecrownrecords.com.

Please note that all of the CDs, 7"s and magazines we sell are in new condition. Most CDs have plastic shrinkwrap, especially those manufactured in the US or Canada. There are some CDs, mostly imported CDs, that don't have shrinkwrap, but they are still new, unplayed CDs. Also, in some cases we will receive shrinkwrapped CDs to sell that have cracked plastic cases. In these instances, instead of shipping out CDs that have broken cases, we will remove the shrinkwrap and replace them with brand new cases.

We also do not sell homemade CD-R's - all of the CDs we sell are factory manufactured CDs.

On occasion we will receive CD's from bands and labels outside the US that come to us in less-than-perfect condition, due to rough handling by various postal services. We won't sell any CD's where the actual CD is less than perfect, however, sometimes there will be some minor damage to the booklet or tray card. We won't sell any CDs that we wouldn't be happy receiving ourselves, but if you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us at: records@dblcrown.com 

We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible, nearly every order ships within 2-3 days that we receive them. However, on some occasions it may take 7-10 days to ship. We have a small staff (basically one person), so sometimes it takes a few days longer than usual to ship. We thank you for your patience in these instances.

Double Crown Records is not responsible for any duties, taxes or import fees that may be due as a result of your purchase of goods from our shop.

Returns

Unfortunately we can't accept returns of opened, or unshrinkwrapped CD's and 7"s. However, if you received the wrong item in your order, or if it was damaged during transit, please send us an email and we'll work something out: records@dblcrown.com
